Still everyone's favorite stop on the famous Butterfield Stagecoach Trail, the La Posta Compound is rich in the history and culture of days gone by. As you enter La Posta, you will be greeted by a lobby full of tropical birds, fish, and plants. Your hostesses, dressed in traditional Mexican blouse and skirts, will warmly greet you and seat you in one of many century-old adobe rooms that in years past, were once occupied as a Winery, Stable, Blacksmith Shop and Hotel. As you gaze at your surroundings that include the works of
